Vanessa from Puku B has joined with Kate Orr to provide immersive experiences to bring the past alive for the present as Hystorics.  

Bring the past alive at your venue with a living history display at your site or museum. We provide living history, historical crafts and courses using ancient techniques from the Mesolithic through to AD 1000.

As experienced professionals we are friendly and approachable who will happily tailor our services to suit your event and audiences.

Living history displays showcase ancient crafts including jewellery making, bone-working, textiles and cooking. Allowing visitors to experience the past first hand.


Set visitors imaginations alight when they meet a storyteller (in period accurate costume) sharing stories representative of the time period from our tried and tested repertoire or composed specifically for your site.

 

Stories can be based around a theme, place, object or way of life.

Craft workshops using ancient skills and techniques. Including Prehistoric Amber, bone and cordage, Bronze Age coil basketry, Nettles. All workshops draw on the most up to date archaeological investigations with participants creating their own piece to take home.


Clients include The British Museum, Avoncroft Museum, Berrycroft Hub, Fulham Palace and Chalke Valley History Festival.
